A device can turn water into wine in just three days with the help of simple ingredients and a mobile application. The invention belongs to the sommeliers company Customvine in California and can produce many kinds of wine, including Cabernet Sauvingon and Cardonnay after the user preference.
It was called a miracle machine for that device alludes to the “miracle” made by Jesus who turned water into wine at the wedding in Cana.
How to make wine in three days
To achieve the desired wine, the user adds water and certain ingredients (yeast and concentrated grape), choose the wine and start the Miracle Machine.
Fermentation process takes just 3 days and can be tracked using a free application available on the iOS and Android. The application will notify you when the wine is ready.
Although they have provided technical details of their invention, device makers, Kevin Boyer and Philip James, said that inside the device there is a room to provide fermentation, if necessary, even two stages of wine fermentation. The project still needs funding, but the device will be launched and will cost $ 500.
